Job summary

Mejuri in Boston seeks a Floor Lead to drive store success with exceptional customer service, team development, and smooth daily operations. As a visible leader on the sales floor, you will model Mejuri’s values, motivate staff, and create an engaging environment for customers and teammates.

You will own in-store experiences, train the team on selling steps, manage inventory and fulfillment, support merchandising, and help deliver services like piercing and engraving.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Ability to lead a team and coach staff.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards.
• Drive KPIs and team engagement on the floor.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house processes, and order fulfillment.
• Support merchandising and visual standards.
• Assist with services offered like piercing and engraving.
• Coach and develop store staff.
