Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team in Los Angeles. The role drives store success by upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

As a visible leader on the sales floor, you’ll model Mejuri’s values and motivate staff to deliver an engaging customer experience. Mejuri emphasizes bold, responsible retail leadership and offers a retail bonus program, ongoing feedback, and a strong in-house learning program

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and ensure high quality in-store customer experience.
• Drive KPIs and boost sales through team performance and engagement.
• Promote services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other store services.
• Help manage inventory, back-of-house flow, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain Mejuri brand visual standards and display integrity.
• Coach and onboard new staff, assess performance, and foster a positive work environment.
