Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to drive store success through outstanding customer service, team development, and efficient daily operations. You will be a key presence on the sales floor, motivating staff and upholding Mejuri’s values.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensure pricing and merchandising accuracy, and promote services like piercing and engraving. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with store availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s selling standards.
• Drive KPIs by motivating and developing the team.
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services (piercing, engraving).
• Manage inventory, back-of-house flow, and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Coach team members and support onboarding and performance reviews.
