Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team. You will drive exceptional customer service, train and motivate staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly on the sales floor.

As a Floor Lead, you will own KPI achievement, partner with the team, and uphold Mejuri’s standards in merchandising, inventory, and guest experience, while fostering a positive, engaging environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on selling steps and store standards.
• Drive KPIs and engagement of the team to achieve targets.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house flow, and merchandising to uphold Mejuri’s brand.
