Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must work evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and validate the in-store customer experience.
• Drive KPIs and engagement of the team.
• Promote services offerings including piercing and engraving.
• Participate in inventory counts and back of house flow.
• Maintain brand standards of visual presentation and merchandising.
• Onboard and develop store staff, ensuring policy compliance.
