Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join the store leadership team in New York. The role drives exceptional customer service, trains the team, and ensures smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

You’ll mentor staff, maximize KPIs, oversee inventory and services like piercing and engraving, and uphold Mejuri’s brand standards while delivering a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability – identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evenings, weekends & holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to validate in-store customer experience.
