Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking a Commercial Tire Sales Associate to be the primary contact for sales and service within our tire dealership. You will drive sales for fleets, promote tires, retreads, and services, and solicit both existing accounts and new prospects to build a profitable book of business.

You will manage relationships, learn our billing processes, and strive to achieve sales and gross profit targets while developing deep knowledge of our products and services to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must pass background check, physical exam and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and operate the billing system for above sales channels.
• Maintain acceptable profit margins.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to advise customers.
• Meet sales and gross profit goals.
• Assess customer needs and make recommendations.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports.
