Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our commercial tire and fleet solutions business. This outside-sales role focuses on developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and helping fleets improve performance through tire and service solutions.

You will spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers face-to-face, prospecting for new business, and managing accounts within your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of outside or B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel daily within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial fleet and business customers through daily in-person visits.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, networking, and territory development.
• Build relationships with fleet managers, owners, and decision-makers.
• Maintain active sales activity, follow-up, and revenue growth.
• Develop territory growth plans and forecast opportunities.
