Job summary

BestDrive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental, is hiring a Commercial Sales Associate to lead tire sales and service for regional fleets, promote new tires and retreads, and grow a profitable book of business through active account solicitation and new customer development.

The role requires frequent travel within the regional area and aligns with company goals on sales and gross profit while maintaining product knowledge and accurate customer information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sales of industrial tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and use the billing system for sales processing.
• Maintain profit margins and meet sales/gross profit goals.
• Develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to inform customers.
