Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to drive tire sales for regional fleets, promote new tires, retreads, and service offerings. You will solicit existing accounts, pursue new prospects, and maintain profitable margins while learning our billing system and pricing processes.

This role requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 75% within the regional area.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet sales targets

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas
• Responsible for the sale of industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow up
• Learn and work through the existing billing system for above sales channels
• Maintain an acceptable profit margin and meet gross profit goals
• Actively seek new accounts and represent the company to potential customers
• Develop knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports
