Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate in the Cincinnati area to lead tire sales for fleet accounts and promote tires, retreads and services. This role requires frequent customer calls, strong product knowledge, and a focus on achieving sales and gross profit targets.

The position includes travel within the regional area (about 75%), a robust benefits package, and opportunities for commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous Sales Experience.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and work through the existing business operating system for billing of above sales channels.
• Maintain an acceptable profit margin.
• Actively seek new accounts and represent Continental.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet sales and gross profit goals.
• Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and submit call reports.
