BestDrive, a continental subsidiary, seeks a Commercial Sales Associate to lead tire sales for regional fleets and drive growth. You will promote new tires, retreads and services, actively seek new accounts, and maintain profitable relationships through regular calls and detailed product knowledge.

The role emphasizes meeting sales and gross profit goals while representing the company to customers. Expect 75% travel within the regional area and a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• No relocation assistance is offered.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow up to accounts.
• Develop knowledge of products to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet established sales and gross profit goals.
• Travel: 75% within Regional Area; minimal overnight travel.
