Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to grow our commercial tire and fleet solutions business in an assigned territory. You will travel daily to meet customers, prospect new accounts, and manage relationships to expand BestDrive's products and services.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, building long-term partnerships, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency for fleets. Competitive base salary with commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years outside sales or B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory daily.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial fleet and business customers through daily in-person visits.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, networking, and territory development.
• Build relationships with fleet managers and purchasing decision-makers.
• Maintain sales activity and follow-up to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
