Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support our rapid growth in fleet maintenance services. The role focuses on managing maintenance transactions, ensuring precise documentation, and delivering superior customer service across internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Field Operations to deploy the right technicians, encourage proactive scheduling, and help improve dispatching and service scheduling processes.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact at all levels.
Strong Excel and data-entry skills; ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems.
Experience in fleet maintenance or trucking is helpful.

Responsibilities

Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair completion.
Document customer contacts accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
Provide excellent customer service for internal and external inquiries.
Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians for accounts.
Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain a steady workflow.
Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
