Cox Fleet is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth in our Houston-area operations. You will serve as a key liaison among customers, technicians and field teams to ensure smooth maintenance workflows and exceptional service.

This role emphasizes billing, scheduling, documentation, and proactive communication to build a reliable pipeline of work while maintaining top-notch customer relationships. Strong Excel skills and multitasking ability are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 3 years in a related field.
• Alternative combos: degree/certification beyond HS with less experience or up to 1 year in related field, or 5 years' experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing process across markets in area.
• Manage follow-up maintenance lifecycle from origination to repair custody.
• Document and note customer contacts in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external calls.
• Maintain professionalism and positive customer rapport.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to dispatch the right technicians.
• Encourage scheduling of repairs in advance to build a steady workflow.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
