Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading mobile maintenance provider with nationwide service centers, is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II in Portland. You will assist with billing, manage maintenance transaction lifecycles, document customer interactions, and ensure timely service delivery.

You will collaborate with Field Operations, schedule technicians, encourage preventive maintenance, and support ongoing dispatching improvements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with related field experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Excellent time management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until custody by the repair technician.
• Timely and accurate documentation and notation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external calls.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians for accounts.
