Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Specialist II to support billing, dispatching, and scheduling for our nationwide on-site mobile maintenance team. You will manage the service lifecycle, maintain accurate records, and ensure top-tier customer interactions with internal and external clients.

You will collaborate with Field Operations to schedule technicians, secure customer approvals for repairs, and drive a steady pipeline of work while improving dispatching capabilities across markets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 3+ years in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proven ability in data entry and Excel; comfortable using dispatch/scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist billing process across markets.
• Manage dispatch lifecycle from origination to repair technician custody.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Build positive rapports with customers and colleagues.
• Obtain approvals for repairs and services from customers.
• Promptly schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts.
• Help develop Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.
