Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; 3 years’ related field experience or alternative combinations including an advanced degree with up to 1 year experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact across organization levels.
• Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally and building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair authorization.
• Ensure accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Establish professional rapport with customers and partners.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians to accounts.
