Cox Fleet keeps your fleet moving. Cox Fleet is a nationwide provider of on-site mobile maintenance and repair services with 20+ service centers. We are hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth and ensure top-tier customer service across markets.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, scheduling, and proactive maintenance contact to build a steady workflow and positive customer experiences. Minimum HS diploma and 3 years related experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong partner relationships
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets within the area
• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion
• Document interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance
