Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support on-site fleet maintenance operations across Cox locations. The role focuses on billing, scheduling, and customer liaison to ensure timely service delivery and a positive customer experience.

You will collaborate with Field Operations and technicians, document interactions in Cox Fleet IT systems, and drive proactive maintenance to build a steady workflow while upholding Cox's service standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 3 years related experience, or alternative combos as described.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong Excel and data entry; learn Cox Fleet IT systems (Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
• Knowledge of trucking industry; cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody of the repair technician.
• Document customer contact in Cox Fleet systems with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians for accounts.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance and drive repeat business.
• Help develop dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
