Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support the growth of the company. The role focuses on coordinating billing, maintenance transactions, and scheduling with field operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience; strong communication and Excel skills are required, along with the ability to use Cox Fleet IT systems like Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• Alternative: degree/certification beyond HS with up to 1 year experience, or 5 years in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance to build pipeline.
• Develop dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
