Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support the growth of the company. This role focuses on billing, transaction lifecycle management, and ensuring accurate documentation across Cox Fleet systems.

You will collaborate with Field Operations to schedule technicians, maintain customer rapport, and drive proactive maintenance scheduling to generate repeat business. A HS diploma and related experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED and 3 years in a related field, or a combination including higher-level degree/certification and varying experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in area.
• Manage the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule technicians and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Encourage proactive scheduling of repairs and maintenance to build a steady workflow.
• Support Dispatching and Service Scheduling improvements and take on special projects.
