Job summary

NOW Courier Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager to develop and oversee safety, compliance, and risk management across the organization. This role ensures FMCSA, DOT, OSHA compliance and drives a culture of safety.

The position manages audits, driver safety training, and the interpretation of safety data to improve operations, while reporting metrics to leadership. It operates on-site with a focus on vehicle and driver safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Admin or related field.
• CSP or CDS certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee safety, compliance and risk management programs.
• Ensure FMCSA, DOT, OSHA and applicable regulations are met.
• Oversee driver safety training, onboarding and ongoing safety education.
• Monitor safety KPIs and lead audit readiness for DOT reviews.
• Oversee ELDs, telematics, dash cameras and compliance software.
• Lead accident investigations and root cause analysis.
