Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a Transportation Compliance Specialist to manage DOT safety and compliance across all facilities. You will ensure adherence to FMCSA regulations, maintain driver qualification processes, and implement training programs for drivers.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Operations or related field, at least 5 years in transportation or distribution management, strong leadership, and willingness to travel up to 50% (and sometimes 100%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOT/FMSCA compliance across all facilities and train drivers.
• Maintain driver qualification processes per FMCSA standards.
• Assist HR with background checks and DOT screenings.
• Main point of contact for DOT safety & compliance issues across personnel and managers.
• Oversee electronic logs to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Advise and report on compliance performance to executive leadership.
• Coordinate with locations to source work and maintain CMVs and equipment.
• Onboard new drivers and complete necessary documentation.
• Investigate commercial vehicle crashes and report to insurers.
• Travel up to 50% (some weeks up to 100%).
• Other duties as assigned.
