Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager to develop and oversee safety, compliance, and risk management across the organization. The role ensures FMCSA, DOT, OSHA and other regulations are met while promoting a safety culture and reducing risk in fleet operations, drivers, and facilities.

Responsibilities include policy design, training programs, ELD/telematics oversight, audits, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field; 7 years of related experience.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Director Safety (CDS) certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FMCSA and DOT compliance across the fleet, drivers, and facilities.
• Design and implement safety policies, SOPs, and standards.
• Lead driver safety training and onboarding programs.
• Manage ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, and safety analytics tools.
• Oversee accident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Promote a safety culture and report safety metrics to leadership.
