Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a Driver Compliance Specialist to manage DOT safety and regulatory requirements across multiple locations. You will design and implement training programs, maintain qualification processes, and serve as the main DOT compliance contact for drivers and managers.

You will oversee communications on safety, coordinate investigations of incidents, and ensure adherence to FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a transportation or distribution management capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and hours of service rules (HOS).
• Knowledge of Federal and State traffic laws and tractor/trailer equipment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and develop/train programs as needed.
• Maintain driver qualification processes per FMCSA standards.
• Lead DOT safety compliance efforts and CSA score improvements for all personnel and managers.
• Advise, administer discipline for safety violations and report compliance performance to leadership.
• Assist other departments with regulatory input and investigations of commercial vehicle incidents.
