Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC seeks a Fleet Safety and DOT Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory programs across Concordance locations. The role supports the Director, Safety & Compliance and ensures CMV operations meet DOT/FMCSA standards while driving training and safety initiatives company-wide.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in transportation management, strong FMCSA knowledge, and proven leadership to manage driver qualifications, background checks, and drug/alcohol programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation or distribution management.
• Extensive knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and HOS rules.
• Experience with DOT Drug/Alcohol and Hours of Service programs recommended.

Responsabilités

• Ensure DOT compliance across all facilities and regulatory policies.
• Maintain driver qualification processes per FMCSA standards.
• Assist HR with driver background checks and DOT medical screenings.
• Serve as main DOT safety & compliance contact for personnel and managers.
• Oversee electronic logs and ensure DOT compliance; CSA score impact awareness.
• Investigate CMV crashes; maintain records and report to insurers.
