Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a DOT Safety & Compliance Specialist to support the Fleet Services department by maintaining compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies. You will monitor driver compliance, promote safe driving, assist with fleet inspections, and support onboarding and training to foster a safety culture.

The role requires collaboration with operations, audits, and safety initiatives; strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations; experience with ELD systems, safety analytics;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Management, Logistics, or related field.
• CSP or CDS certification is desirable.
• Prior experience in transportation/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with DOT/FMC regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor driver compliance and coaching related to HOS and safety.
• Assist with fleet inspections and driver onboarding/training.
• Prepare safety reports and metrics for management review.
• Support safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
