Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a DOT Compliance & Fleet Safety Specialist to administer FMCSRs and internal policies. You will manage driver qualifications, drug/alcohol testing, and monitor fleet safety data, serving as primary support for the Sr. Manager of DOT Compliance & Fleet.

The role offers flexibility with onsite options near Indianapolis, with remote flexibility and travel to office locations as needed. Strong regulatory knowledge and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Previous DOT Compliance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DOT Compliance and Fleet Safety processes per policy and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter resource for DOT compliance inquiries.
• Conduct and support internal/external DOT audits.
• Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad hoc compliance reports.
