Ford Motor Company is seeking a Fleet Success team member to support commercial fleet customers, manage title/registration requests, onboarding, and adoption of Ford Pro services. You will educate customers on features, track usage, and help drive sales efforts while collaborating with dealers and the sales team.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 4–5+ years in fleet management with title/registration experience, plus proficiency in MS Excel and CRM platforms.

• Coordinate and support dealership and customer title and registration requests.
• Assist with onboarding on assigned product services and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Maximize value for fleet customers; monitor usage and provide training on underutilized functionality.
• Provide management with insights on customer usage and feedback for new features.
• Escalate customer concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and develop sales/marketing materials for assigned products/services.
• Process title/registration transactions, vehicle moves, and ensure accurate billing.
