Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support Dealership/Customer Title & Registration requests.
• Assist customers with onboarding and training on product services.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value; monitor usage and provide training on underutilized functionality.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage and feedback.
• Escalate customer concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and create sales/marketing materials for the product.
• Process title/registration transactions and vehicle moves; ensure correct billing.
