Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to coordinate title & registration requests, onboard customers to product services, and train users on new features. The role supports sales efforts and develops marketing materials while monitoring product usage and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in fleet management and title work, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication for dealer and fleet customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with fleet management and title/registration processes.
• Proven sales experience with dealers and commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Support Dealership / Customer Title & Registration requests; initial and re-registration.
• Support customer onboarding on assigned product services; assist with setup and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features; educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Assist customers to maximize value; monitor usage and provide training.
• Provide insights on customer usage and feedback; escalate concerns and track open issues.
• Support sales efforts; help develop sales & marketing materials.
• Process title/registration transactions and vehicle moves; ensure correct billing.
