Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team is seeking experienced professionals to support commercial fleet customers with title and registration requests, onboarding, and ongoing product education. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to drive adoption, monitor usage, and help resolve customer issues, while processing transactions and billing for fleet moves.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and proactive customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience working for a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in US title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate with sales team members.
• Ability to identify business needs and clearly communicate them to product development teams.
• Comfortable working without predefined responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can think creatively and develop solutions.
• Ability to advocate persuasively for solutions that serve both customer and business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support dealership/customer title & registration requests (initial & re-registration).
• Assist customer onboarding on assigned product services, including setup and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value and monitor usage; train on underutilized features.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage, preferences, and new functionality.
• Escalate customer concerns and manage open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to sales/marketing materials.
• Process title/registration transactions, vehicle moves, and ensure correct billing.
