Job summary

Ford Pro is hiring for the Fleet Success Team to support commercial fleet customers by coordinating title and registration, onboarding on product services, and training users on features. You will monitor usage, provide updates on new functionality, help sales, develop materials, and track issues to resolution.

A HS diploma and 4–5+ years in fleet management and U.S. title work are required, with strong interpersonal and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years in fleet management.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support title & registration requests for dealerships and customers.
• Assist onboarding and initial product setup training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value; monitor usage and train on underutilized functionality.
• Provide management with insights on customer usage and feedback.
• Escalate concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and develop sales/marketing materials.
• Process title/registration transactions, vehicle moves, and ensure correct billing.
