Job summary

Ford Pro’s Fleet Success Team seeks a motivated professional to support commercial fleet customers with title and registration, onboarding, and ongoing training. You will analyze customer usage, provide product insights, and assist the sales team in promoting Ford Pro services.

The role requires 4–5+ years in fleet management and title work, strong communication, and Excel proficiency. Open to remote candidates nationally with salary grades 7–8 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5+ years with a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years handling U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests.
• Assist onboarding on assigned product services and training on usage.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Help customers maximize value; monitor usage and provide training on underutilized features.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage and feedback for new functionality.
• Escalate customer concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and assistance in sales activities for the product/service.
• Contribute to development of sales and marketing materials for the product/service.
• Process title and registration transactions and vehicle moves; ensure correct billing.
