Job summary

Ford Pro is hiring for a Fleet Success Team member to support commercial fleet customers with title and registration, onboarding on product services, and training on how to use the product.

You will assist in maximizing value, provide monthly feature updates, escalate issues, and help sales with materials; salary grades 7-8 with ranges and competitive pay; remote options indicated by #LI-Remote.

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills for client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with fleet management and title/registration processes.
• Sales experience with dealers or fleet customers is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Title & Registration requests for dealerships and customers.
• Assist with onboarding and training on product services.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on related products.
• Help customers maximize value and monitor product usage.
• Escalate issues and maintain open issues tracking to resolve them.
• Support sales efforts and develop sales/marketing materials.
• Process title/registration transactions and vehicle moves, ensuring correct billing.
