Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team seeks a skilled professional to support commercial fleet customers with title and registration requests, onboarding, and ongoing product education. You will help customers maximize value and coordinate with sales and product teams to drive adoption.

Minimum 4–5 years in fleet management and title work, plus strong Excel and CRM skills, are essential. This role may involve remote work and collaborating with dealerships across the U.S.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5+ years with a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative with sales teams.
• Ability to translate business needs to product development teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficient with MS Excel and common productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests.
• Onboard customers on assigned product services and provide initial training.
• Provide monthly feature updates and educate customers on other products.
• Assist customers to maximize value and monitor product usage.
• Provide insights on customer usage and feedback for improvements.
• Escalate concerns and drive to resolution of open issues.
• Support sales efforts and develop sales/marketing material.
• Process title, registration, and vehicle move transactions; ensure billing accuracy.
