Ford Pro Fleet Success Team is seeking an experienced professional to support dealership and fleet customers with title/registration, onboarding, and product training. You will monitor usage, educate customers on Ford Pro features, and collaborate with sales to drive adoption across the fleet.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years of experience in fleet management.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate with sales team members.
• Ability to identify business needs and clearly communicate them to product development teams.
• Self-starter who can think creatively in evolving areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate & Support Dealership / Customer Title & Registration requests.
• Assist customer onboarding on assigned product services, including setup and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other Ford Pro products.
• Assist customers with maximizing value and monitor usage; provide training on underutilized functionality.
• Provide management with insights on how customers use the product and their needs.
• Escalate customer concerns and maintain open issues tracking.
• Support sales in efforts to sell assigned product/service.
• Support developing sales & marketing material for the product/service.
• Process title and registration transactions, vehicle moves & ensure clients are billed correctly.
