Job summary

Ford Pro seeks a Fleet Success Specialist to support dealership and commercial fleet customers with title and registration, onboarding, training, and maximizing product value. You will liaise with sales and product teams to educate customers on features and benefits, helping their fleets run more efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in fleet management with U.S. title/registration experience, strong communication, and MS Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience working for a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years of experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate effectively with sales team members.
• Ability to identify business needs and clearly communicate them to product development teams.
• Comfortable working without predefined responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can think creatively and develop solutions.
• Ability to advocate persuasively for solutions that serve both customer and business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests.
• Assist customer onboarding on assigned product services and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features and educate customers on other products.
• Help customers maximize value and monitor usage; provide training on unused functionality.
• Provide insights to management on customer usage, likes, dislikes and new features.
• Escalate customer concerns and track open issues to resolution.
• Support sales efforts and develop sales/marketing material for products.
• Process title and registration transactions, vehicle moves and billing accuracy.
