Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate the dedicated fleet, maximize driver and equipment utilization, and ensure service commitments are met. You will direct dispatch operations and provide reports to customers and management.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of supervisory experience and knowledge of TMW/PeopleNet; a relevant degree or equivalent experience is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field or 1-5 years supervisory experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with TMW and PeopleNet preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and transportation/mechanical equipment familiarity.
• OSHA/DOT/HAZMAT regulations knowledge or willingness to certify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage driver scheduling and payroll data; coordinate load completions.
• Ensure efficient equipment utilization and maintenance coordination.
• Draft and submit daily end-of-shift reports; support safety programs.
