Job summary

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and transportation/mechanical equipment,

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day supervision to staff including coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers.
• Manages driver scheduling process and payroll data.
• Coordinates load completions and data entry into TMW.
• Coordinates invoicing processes and reconciles carrier invoices.
• Ensures equipment is utilized efficiently and coordinates maintenance with management.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports and recommends operational improvements.
• Maintains timekeeping records and supports HR in employee development.
