Job summary

NFI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to steer the Dedicated Fleet operations and provide operational support to the Project Manager. You’ll oversee driver relations, scheduling, dispatch, and data entry across our order-management system.

This role requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with TMW and MS Office. You will generate weekly KPI reports and help ensure timely customer invoicing and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with TMW and MS Office preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work extended hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatching.
• Maintain driver payroll, expense audits, and reports.
• Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide weekly KPI reports and assist Project Manager.
