Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to direct the Dedicated Fleet operation and support the Project Manager with daily tasks. This role drives load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch, and KPI reporting, while maintaining positive driver relations and ensuring timely communications with customers.

You will enter data in TMW, coordinate with invoicing for weekly invoices, and assist with safety and policy implementations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• MS Office and TMW experience strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask.
• Availability to work extended hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relations with drivers.
• Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform load planning, scheduling, and dispatch using Dedicated Fleet and Common Carrier resources.
• Enter daily data into TMW and coordinate with invoicing to finish weekly customer invoices.
• Provide weekly KPI reports to internal and external parties.
• Coordinate daily scheduling of truck and trailer maintenance.
• Assist Project Manager with safety, security and labor policy implementation.
• Provide coverage during vacations/holidays and manage driver payroll and expense reports.
• Audit and approve driver expense reports.
