Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in Florida to ensure seamless dispatch of service providers for 24/7/365 operations. You will coordinate fleet maintenance, assign events, verify authorizations, and communicate ETA to customers. A strong background in dispatching and multitasking is required, with availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of dispatching experience or 5 years in related field.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign nearest service provider for repairs.
• Inform customer of ETA and follow requirements.
• Inform supervisor on delays or problems with repairs.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
