Job summary

Cox Automotive's Fleet division is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs. You will assign events to the nearest service providers, verify authorization, and communicate ETA to customers in a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years of dispatching experience in related field.
• Strong multitasking and dispatching knowledge required.
• Advanced degree or certification in related discipline is a plus or 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assign open events to nearest service providers with proper authorization.
• Inform customers of ETA and update supervisor on delays or issues.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems as they arise.
