Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure seamless fleet operations by coordinating events, dispatching the nearest service provider, and communicating ETA to customers. This role requires strong dispatching and multitasking skills in a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of dispatching experience (breakdown/tire, medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance)
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Assign the appropriate and nearest service provider to fulfill repair requests.
• Advise customers of estimated time of arrival and follow their requirements; report delays to supervisor.
