Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive tech, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for Cox Fleet. You will coordinate fleet logistics, ensure timely dispatch of service providers, and maintain open communication with customers across a 24/7/365 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of dispatching for breakdown/maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations.
• Assign open events to the appropriate service providers.
• Verify authorization to dispatch events.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow instructions.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or issues.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
