You will manage events, confirm authorizations, assign the nearest providers, and communicate ETA while addressing delays and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of dispatching experience or related field.
• Strong dispatching and multitasking skills.
• Preferred: degree or related discipline or 5 years of experience in dispatching for breakdown/t tire services.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Assign the nearest and appropriate service provider for repairs.
• Advise the customer of estimated time of arrival and follow instructions.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or problems with repairs.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
