Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for Cox Fleet to coordinate fleet logistics and ensure timely maintenance and repairs. You will assign events to the nearest service provider, authorize dispatches, and communicate ETAs while handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 3 years dispatching experience in breakdown/tire or related field (5 years alternative).
Strong dispatching and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly.
Assign open events to nearest service provider with proper authorization.
Inform customer of ETA and follow customer requirements.
Notify supervisor of delays or issues with ETA or repairs.
Address customer inquiries as they arise.
