Cox Enterprises seeks a Dispatch Coordinator to join Cox Fleet. You will coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are dispatched and serviced promptly to keep our essential services moving.

This role involves working in a 24/7/365 environment with varying shifts, emphasizing multitasking, communication, and customer service to resolve issues and keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years of dispatching/related experience or 5 years in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.
• Preferred: related degree or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations.
• Assign open events and verify proper authorization to dispatch.
• Assign the nearest service provider for repairs.
• Advise customer on ETA and follow instructions.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or repair issues.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
